Edmond Konrad partners with individuals and families to navigate important financial decisions with perspective and intention. He works closely with clients to understand what matters most to them, helping frame priorities within a clear, long‑term planning context.

Edmond focuses on guidance, communication, and decision‑making, supporting clients as they evaluate options and move forward with confidence. He collaborates closely with the broader team to ensure plans remain aligned with client goals and are implemented thoughtfully, contributing to a coordinated and consistent client experience.

Having previously worked alongside our team, Edmond understands our shared commitment to continuity, communication, and long‑term relationships. His addition enhances our ability to provide clients with attentive, personalized support as their financial lives evolve.

Edmond earned his bachelor’s degree in International Business and Finance from the University of South Florida. Outside of the office, he enjoys coaching youth soccer, cooking for friends and family, and spending time outdoors in Wisconsin with his pug, Kiwi.

Before joining Baird, Mark served the needs of clients at Thrivent Financial after a career in teaching, coaching, and educational publishing. His experience lends itself to helping clients to more easily understand their situation, their goal destination(s), and how to develop a plan to help them most efficiently reach that destination.

In addition to working with private clients, Mark has earned the Qualified Plan Financial Consultant designation with a focus on solutions for business owners. These include deferred savings for owners, employer sponsored retirement plans, succession planning, business protection, and recruit, retain, and reward plans for key employees.

Mark and his family live in Fort Atkinson, where he has been involved in a variety of volunteer opportunities, including Hunter Safety Education, Cub Scouts, little league, Make A Difference Wisconsin, and FBLA. In his free time, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife Pam and three children, Gracie, Gabe, and Garrison, as well as camping, fishing, and fitness.
